2小時跑至少要跑22k up...呃...我半馬都沒破2過ㄚ...
今天穿boston boost試跑,兩隻小腿都還在痛,本來以為跑個300公尺就準備收工了
所以剛開跑不敢衝太快,順順地跑就好
到了第2圈有熱開,速度有快一點
但是最後1圈就沒力了(睡眠不足,能量不夠...)
小腿也痠痠的...
老師給了個目標4小時50分 (跑這麼久不吃會餓死啦⋯)
