彰化shadow (LDS超馬團) 感謝三鐵神人山姆大神在前半馬協助配速,目標破5,超越我的實力太多。自己訓練不足,勉強只能撐到半馬,後面就自爆了 = =
不過最後還是小破PB 45秒 ~^_^~
