天氣很熱,起跑氣溫35度,補給與志工和去年一樣,值得稱讚,只可惜路上有人燒稻草。今天個人胃狀況不好,早上做瑜珈,耗盡體力,从至跑的時候沒有力,右腳又一直抽筋。跑得很痛苦。
