剛開始復健7週,就要面對賽事真的焦慮萬分,硬著頭皮上,不到10km膝蓋外側就開始酸軟,最後痛到要跛著腳跑,puma夜跑的恐懼,油然而生,原來還沒全好,就到此為止吧。
這兩天無法正常下樓梯,玻璃腳啊玻璃腳,我沒有那麼想一直回味初馬,賣啊內啦XD。
