天氣好熱,帶傷上陣,跑了23km,確定不會被關門後,開始慢慢走,最大程度保護傷痕累累的右腳.天知道,好熱,連走----都走得很厭世,只好重新確認右腳的狀況,採用跑走的策略來完賽囉
