第二圈後為了甩掉尾巴有加速,之後再回到5分速。
10K後怠惰感又出現了,差點12K後就收工了。
休息補給一會,正向思考想法改變,跑起來就比較輕鬆,就又有動力跑下去了。24和25K遇到姜教官,他開始就拉上了速度,要我跟上,有人陪跑就是不一樣,還可跟上不落隊。
