今天(02/20)練二鐵轉換,
從家中騎到澄清湖騎4圈,再騎完衛武營跑步,轉換小腿硬,
跑起來差點抽筋,只能先慢慢跑,祈求肌肉群順~順~順~跑~
因今天穿ㄚ拖跑,不習慣,只跑13k成成二鐵之轉換練習(騎車完成42k,跑步13k)。
