上周六南投泰雅森林馬之後之心靈沉澱慢速恢復跑,今天穿著放在鞋櫃內半年的Skecher GoRun 2,愈跑腳愈痛,回家脫下襪子腳趾頭竟然起四個水泡,完全破壞今晚的跑緻,這雙很輕量的跑鞋,還是丟掉算了。。。。
