今天超多人,好熱鬧~少了謝老闆
原本以為休了一個禮拜沒跑速度今天會跑不起來,問了小楊我今天要跑啥,小楊的回答差點讓我吃手手,小楊表示要嘗試你討厭的課表:(98、96、94、92)*4K,漸速跑...
還好今天有龜龜在第二道領跑,雖然25圈後龜龜就離我而去了,但托龜龜的領跑幫我把速度帶起來,後面跑到94秒每圈時,腦中只有一個想法...小楊用這種配速跑完全馬,又要吃手手...好幾次想說跑個低標30圈12K就好,但想到台北馬的挫折,告訴自己還想歷史重演嗎?雖然後面10圈無法拉到92,但免強能維持住94,就將破了10、15、16K的pb...
