眼看破pb無望,最後6-7K索性用走的反正也跑不下去了,上了河堤太陽也出來了就曬曬冬陽䁔䁔身,順便聞聞身上的汗臭味,沈澱一下,跑快的、造型裝扮的、跑咖,都是一些熟面孔,久了新鮮感沒了、熱情退了,関於跑馬這件事就...........,哎跑步不是都會吸收正能量嗎?我最近老是吸到負能量,要自我檢討一下了。
