自煮半馬~~
一到練習場高手大哥已經在跑了, 跟著他跑, 他說昨天已經跑半馬, 今天不跑快, 就定速跑就好(約5:10"上下)...
就這樣一起跑了10K, 他說他要下班了(他大概跑了15-16K了), 後面11K只有默默陪我跑完.
今天天氣涼爽還可以不補水, 一口氣跑完半馬, 只是屁股有點酸, 該加強臀耐力了...
