早上朋友開團跑上陽明山,但因下雨而取消,後來天氣轉好了,便自己一個人跑上去,家門口出發,就從行義路上去,再接紗帽路,雨停了涼涼的,跑起來很舒服,跑到陽明山公車總站折返,下山就一口氣跑到家,中途不休息了。
