第三馬,已比初馬進步了15分鐘,也達成今天設定跑進430的目標,更高興的是今天跑全馬的眾團員全破個人PB,契宏的初馬就大放異彩,跑進412,中仁,子齊與團長與Kevin皆是sub4,尤其中仁的344比之前404足足進步了二十分鐘,靜芬的10K也創個人新猷59分鐘,差點上凸台,超半馬25K的三位(峰哥,桃子,阿志)也是一起回來,Peter,趴哥與我皆創個人PB,難得一群人賽後至肯德基團歡,度過了一個歡樂又有趣的跑馬日!
