今天的練習跟昨天差不多,一樣8圈時進行一次補給,補完後心想還有8圈要跑,先完成4圈再說,這裡的4圈約5公里,我跑到第12公里時已經有點力不從心了,一直有想要放棄的感覺,但我的內心一直跟我說,旗津山海路海後半段的陡坡很硬,那一場有許多高手要參賽,自己要努力一點,要撐過去,終於撐過15公里了,心想就剩下最後4圈了,反正速度是回不來了,那就努力把剩下的5公里跑完,說真的,雖然只有5公里,但真的很難跑呀!跑到後來天氣變冷了,拖著沈重的步伐一步一步完成最後的距離,到終點時還差200公尺,又在附近稍微繞了一下,補足20公里,呼!完成今天的訓練目標,接下來會一天比一天硬呀!!!休息日趕快來!
