今天跑前熱身還做蠻久的,開始跑後,右小腿一直不適,我就跟自己的小腿說,就算停下來,也沒有用,按一按如果有用我就停下來,於是邊跑邊調整跑姿,約2公里後就順了,小腿沒有酸的感覺了,到9.8km(第8圈)時先停下來補充一下水份再跑,有補充真的有差,跑起來更順了,只是到12公里時,左腳的食指感覺一直頂到鞋子,這也不是一天二天的事,反正剩下最後3公里,就是要撐完,最後共跑了15km完成今天的訓練。
