這種時間去體育場果然遇到龜龜,難得今天龜龜在真的在慢跑,本想跑個1hr太陽出來就下班,沒想到太陽出來沒10分鐘就被雲層擋住,只好繼續跑,都沒補給實在難受,後面速度也拉不起來,跑完半馬龜龜剛好跑完第八道*71圈,今天比預計多跑了8K左右,覺得精實!
