今天是一個禮拜中長距離配速跑今天熱一點又加上個禮拜跑快一點後面還是爆舊保守一點均速都在430左右今天也改4圈補水一次其實總趟數沒有差而且會更接近賽事補水距離 今天跟棠棠一起互相鼓勵才能跑完加油! 還有GPS跑掉280公尺
