好累,後半段用跑走的方式完,晶片時間剛好530。
這次2、3月份還是天氣不好+感冒,更糟的是工作還常加班,能偷懶的條件大概都齊備了,原來預期月跑量加到200k完全沒做到,賽前3個月反而只有之前一半跑量。 賽前宣言: 抽中了,加油! 賽後評分: 整體都不錯。
