早上本來約五點出門跑步,結果一堆事~
剛開始還沒熱身,等熱開,準備跑長距離lsd,結果同行的一直在走,走很大,走二步就休息~唉。本來他還說今日要完成30km,結果我來回折返跑,勉強湊到23多~看來大熱天,若要約人跑長距離,可能要慎選~哈哈
