| 今天是我的最愛賽事萬金石路跑從2013初馬每年必報只有去年因傷缺陣,但今年也是因傷而25l後用走路方式回終點,跑前完全不知道自己到底能不能跑多少或多快就一路430左右跑到降速435左右到了12k我就知道今天自己狀況不好沒有辦法一路的降速過了半馬當時的均速還有5分內還是齁不住一直在掉速這時就感覺不是前兩個禮拜的左腳膝蓋而是一月鎮西堡的右腳膝蓋小痛,好死不死這時候看到前面的阿展盡然也用走路的這時我二話不說馬上也停下來陪他一起走越走越痛不走還好一走路就回不來了,最後還加入路人哥三個人一起走路回終點也就破5小時的路跑 賽前宣言: 我的最愛 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 130~158 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 158~178 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 178~184 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 184~195 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 195~200 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為200 點此去設定最大心率 |
