如果我有好好努力準備了...那就放鬆心情去享受吧
畢竟12月中臨時搶到釋放出的名額...也算是有緣吧
沿途一直提醒自己不要爆衝...該慢就慢該停就停
雖然最後還是有點小偷懶...不過算算時間應該可以突破430的關卡
有進步了...尤其是跑完無傷無痛也完成了對自己的要求
