| Day 59 (初馬)
後記:起跑通過晶片感應墊花了八十秒,起跑開始穿越人群,前段感覺不錯,也打定前段就衝的策略,但還是被交管攔了兩次,前半段均採過站喝水不停,也跳過了兩三個補給站,到25K實在太熱終於放棄當起快速步兵,沿路跑跑停停,第一次覺得3K(兩個補給站距離)好遠,30K吃了能量包感覺有差,但小腿卻開始有抽筋的感覺,35K哇塞冰鎮海尼根耶,當然給他來一罐,最後沿途一直靠電線桿拉筋,感覺破四有點難了,最後進入終點的抽筋跑姿讓我帥度銳減,也忘了手錶要按結束(差約兩分鐘),而初馬就這樣帶著遺憾結束了。 賽前宣言: 示刀馬力口油 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
