今日於東勢端-東豐自行車道比賽,五點出發天氣有點悶熱,全馬將近250人,前21公里1小時54分,跑五圈繞圈賽,前三圈速度還不錯,後面最後一圈因為太陽出來太熱腳不給力,速度開始放慢,全程44.3公里,算是小超馬,整體補給不錯,順利完成比賽. 賽前宣言: 加油 賽後評分: 完賽
