今天小弟陪跑前.中段,一路外社河濱及後面坑的情況都還算順利(雖腳踝一陣又一陣的怪怪偶有抽痛的感覺),在回程開始上大古山後逐漸放開腳步,慢慢的用自己的速度跑,幸好最後回宮路上無甚大礙,弘神看過後是說足部多加按摩即可,看來未來數天要加強足部按摩了
