這次韌體update timezone map之後開機直接就定位完成, 以前都還要半分到一分鐘的
熱身的時候看到一正妹約以4:45左右配速咻過去, 體態跑姿都很棒, 女生跑者也愈來愈強了~~
比較早起跑就跑遠一點, 回程大腿居然隱約有痠軟的感覺.... 這是以前25K之後才會出現的, 真是弱爆了啊 T.T
