跑前吃太少,15K後覺得好餓,加河濱風太冷,跑到有點頭暈,最後就爆掉了,幸好有帶錢,出堤防立刻去買熱豆漿。
連兩天跑半馬,其實慢慢跑,腳倒不會痠,只是最近跑步都有點腰痠背痛的感覺,腰傷拖有點久,不影響跑步但可能還是要去治療一下,這個月要開始練核心,上半身的肌力太差了,跟下半身有點不成對比。
