今天起床大小腿比昨天還酸,看來前天攻頂雪山主峰後趕路下山的乳酸在24小時後達到高峰,起跑後雖然不會酸,但是感覺很懶散不想跑,於是在4.6K左右提早折返,回程以7分速前進,中途嘗試變換姿勢,發現倒退跑的舒緩效果最好,但是需要注意安全,算是意外的收穫。
