Y拖輕鬆跑~~
這陣子因腳傷無法練長距離,單次跑量都只12~15K,今晚狀況還不錯,跑完12K基本里程後想要有個突破,於是先降速5%才不會提早GG,17K後膝蓋和腳都有一點點痛,這如果是比賽ㄍㄧㄥ一下還是能輕易sub2跑完半馬,但這只是基本練習,再跑1K多沒好轉就決定不跑了,若刻意強求跑完半馬的量而受傷就不划算了,有進步就好~~
