這場好硬 好硬~下坡有很爽嗎? 爽阿~一路向下 股四頭都在哀嚎~ 回程上坡更不用說了 看起來稍微平一點的地方 跑!!

這場似乎比硬化馬還硬阿!!
除了 無流動廁所這點外 個人覺得這場滿推薦自我挑(ㄋㄩㄝˋ)戰(ㄉㄞˋ)的跑者來跑
