今天的LSD是24K,主要跟著跑團在台大校園跑,每圈約4K,預計要跑6趟,配速就跟著跑團的配速,就不單獨跑課表配速,由於天氣温度不高,所以對於體力的消耗還好。
結束就幫班長過生日,雖然腳受傷了,卻還是騎腳踏車陪跑,對於跑團真的很熱心,當然一定要幫她慶生,祝她腳能早日康復!
