PTT團練-獅仔頭山、真武山受玄宮,扣掉等其他團友的休息時間,自己領先跑的時間剛好3小時整!!而且這次全程都用跑的,跟兩周前7K~9K的急陡坡用走得比起來有進步了。

不過我最近用marathom world 的app發現里程都被灌水5~6%,名副其實的里程快樂表,還好高度沒差太多!!
