不巧Paul兄膝蓋有些不舒服
所以上坡的部份大多用走的上去
不過意外地發現
往常用跑的覺得很喘覺得很漫長的上坡路
邊聊邊走竟然感覺很輕易地就走完了
對照到人生也是
急著要達到目標很容易有挫折感
只要方向不變慢慢前進也可以從容完成的
