老天給了一個跑步的好天氣, 在五月天的日子, 能有這般涼爽怡人的氣候..實在難能可貴, 跑得好是應該的...跑不好就對不起老天了..
今天的狀況還不錯..但是老問題一直在..就是30K過後的無力感...後面的6K跑在堤岸上....自己都可以感覺到當年阿姆斯壯上月球的每一步有多麼艱辛..
SUB4似乎在不遠處..但又像永遠達不到的理想一樣....可能吧! 記錄要慢慢推進才有更大的動能跑馬!
