前15k,把速度放到比平常跑全馬還慢,跑起來感覺很舒服,聽著音樂,享受跑步。
之後覺得有點落後,追一下速度,撐到25k左右,速度也慢了下來…
因為左腳足底會痛,朋友觀察我是腳牚先著地,這樣也好,雖然一直會痛,但我要一直說服自己,我可以撐過去的…
過了31k…再也撐不住了,就採用跑走法…
有一個補給站喝了"白馬馬力夯",還可以連續跑個1k多吧…
最後上了河堤倒數5k…讓我撐下去的動力居然是"洗澡",一心只想回去洗個涼涼的冷水澡…
速度沒有前幾馬好,但是比較不會那麼累了…
但一樣的是,都好開心的完賽…
