長距離練習....
不敢跟4:30的車,因為....跑下去會破PB😂😂,但也會很早收工,所以選擇可以跑長一點距離的速度,硬是吃完30K....
其實跑到27K就想休息,只是專業陪跑員 小若 沒說要停,我也不好意思喊卡....不過,坦白說,跑完後感覺沒有上星期的板橋馬10K累,真的,還是不要衝太快…很傷身的。
