果然還是不能跑跑步機,前天跑了之後..左腳腳踝這兩天都有隱隱的不適感,雖然還不至於到會痛的地步,但總覺得有哪裡不對勁...
昨晚著好裝,才跨出10M左右,大腦就直覺地向我下休息的指令...我也很聽話原封不動的穿著一身乾爽的勁裝踱步回家;今晚狀況稍解,先慢速繞圈圈,前2-3K還有些卡卡的感覺,5K後便大解放了! 讓我心上的一顆石頭能夠放下了^___^
