寒流發威,起跑前真的冷到發抖,要按手機螢幕都對不準。本來想跑快一點讓身體熱起來,結果非常沒力,可能是最近跑多負荷不了,也可能是風大不好跑,反正很快就守不住一圈2'30",只能慢慢跑。才14圈左右就開始膝蓋痛,今天恐怕連10k都跑不到了,身體狀況真是難以掌握,怎麽每天會差這麼多啊?
慢慢撐到28圈,遇到建智哥,索性跟他跑外道,有人作伴聊天可以幫我撐下去,把目標里程跑完。果然這樣邊跑邊聊,講別人的閒話,哈!時間不知不覺就過去了。忍著膝蓋的疼痛,好像又突破了自己的一點極限。
後面16圈其實有大圈一點,不過系統每次都自動把最後一圈的里程補滿,就不跟他計較了。趕緊回家抹按摩油,希望不會太嚴重啊~
