很久沒上去貓空跑了, 今天去挑戰大魔王, 昨天自測10KM,加階梯訓練, 今天跑120分鐘LSD, 雖然很累, 但是整體感覺比之前上來跑貓空狀況好, 謝謝光欽陪跑最後一趟, 真的很煎熬!
