Mizuno internatioinal marathon in Kaohsiung .Taiwan 02.24.2013
MY REFLECTION, REVIEW
I am surprised to see a lot of runners in the meeting place and I am on time at six o'clock forty five.
Final result 02:32 :51 overrall position:1835 that the performace is lousy because the amount of practice isn't insufficient so I felt quite tough and tired .especially my feet have a stongly uncomfortalbe in the last three kilometer while last 1 kilomter that I felt my feet seem to cramp and I already exhaust whole strengh.by the resolution and persertence that I drag the heavy body and arrive the terminal.
plus,I felt a liittel tried on the latter way but I saw these crowd cheer me on .I am appreciated the passion crowd and student that cheer on .I am encouraged inspiring by the Give me five with these small hand making me be able to forward and achieve.
I felt i am a superstar while I ran to enter the playground at the terminal site.The feeling is fabulous ,fantastic and inspiring.
The weather was quite fair recently and the sun wasn't too strong so I ran to be comfortable.
I am thankful these police who control the traffic to make the road running can smooth and a little sorry to block these citizen.
overall this road running hold to be succesful ,While I finished the game and return the chip then print the transcipt and refund five hundred to deliver the lunch box and take the souvenir .final the host provide the physical cure and massage that this is a thoughtful arrangement so the entire course is smooth and efficient after the running isv over.
have friendly volunteers .police .crowd.citizen and my friend star to company me together .
Overall value assessment is better than the 2012-1202-Cijin road which my first half marathon.Although the second grade is regress ,my morale can't clobber.
I think the great game that i will be continuous to support and participate the significant international marathon next year..
I will not stop running, but will do it for my personal health."
