我終於知道為什麼叫錦和運動「公園」了…
因為在操場旁邊上去有公園XD
昨天太臨時跑,沒什麼熱身伸展就奔了,跑完因為下大雨也沒緩走,當然也沒收操,今天腳筋肌肉就緊緊的很不舒服,開跑前暖身伸展OK了才起跑,狀況不太好,鼻涕一直留,有時候鼻子呼氣太用力,鼻涕還會射出來…6、7K就想當步兵了…就一直定速五分半輕鬆跑,勉強撐到14K,幸好跑完好像舒服了一點。
