利用團練的機㑹來場LSD60k(繞東大12圈),也為下個月的鎮西堡100k預做準備,清晨4點摸黑起跑,前20k天亮前都用收電筒照明,因為校區路燈全關了,6點天亮才大放光芒,20~40k有隊友陪著跑是最輕鬆的時刻,40~60k體力開始衰退,尤其上坡更是吃力,最後5k速度慢了下來,索性能撐到最後,也感謝後段幾位隊友陪跑才能完成此次的自助超馬60k…
