假日LSD,原本應該是5點要起床的,但就是懶懶得,為了不浪費前一晚準備器材,還是在7點半出門,很久沒跑河濱了,熟悉的路線,今天天氣陰晴太陽不大,雖然蠻期待下雨的,但預報是下午一點多開始下雨,最終還是沒有遇到。跑得很慢,均速大約8左右,10K用的時間大約90分鐘,甚至更慢,就慢慢的推進。中途想了好幾次要在21.1半馬回家、圓山撤退?最後還是在大佳河濱完成30K,搭公車回家。中途在社子島頭公園補運動飲料,今天水份喝的蠻多的,在公車上還是覺得身體在發燒,這應該是很正常的身體發炎狀況吧~
