上上下下不計其數的抖坡
名副其實跑到腳酸快爆掉~
後段的抖坡連用走的也很難撐下去
山區近來常下大雨路面濕滑
安全起見下坡速度放慢也補不回上坡落差
高低起伏很大石碇馬還是有它的魅力深受我喜愛
連3屆挑戰自己的能耐還是無法破430
前半馬過於亢奮
未有平常體感節奏跑
雖然在前半馬衝到總排前16名
但來到折返卻後繼無力
配速與前段差距很大
慶幸無傷完賽
