今天開始跑起來很累,也很冷,又是毅力大考驗,到山底之後,下起毛毛雨一路到山上,在山頂上彷彿像一台蒸汽火車,全身冒煙,還有這雙汽門噴管,真是咬夠冷,在下山之後,發先山下好像春天一樣的溫度,跑在慢也不冷。但是到19公里之後下起雨來,雨滴不適開玩笑,反正也跑不動,20收工。
