今天跑回來後很神奇的沒啥酸酸感......
早上出門還在掙扎要不要穿比賽鞋,要不要上腿套...
最後還是只穿無底訓練鞋出門,腿套也沒上
想說訓練咩! 就讓他酸吧!!!
整路很少看錶,就保持輕鬆的跑姿慢慢推進
沒想到回家後發現也沒啥乳酸推積問題...
難到我又進化了....哈哈哈
腳底足弓也沒啥不舒服感
看來可以準備上路跑鞋試試了
