前4K蠻累的,可能是前兩天的訓練累積的疲勞未散,過了6K折返後,沒多久看到一位大哥概以5分速超過我們,又剛好沒多久就下坡,下坡一加速後就跟上前,跟跑到三腳渡~~感覺很不錯,還好週一有練間歇不然也快不起來吧XD
