烏來出發往桶後前進,跑友Jay找條不同路徑往烘爐山前進,哪知前幾天多雨,路上濕滑,加上坡度超硬陡,八公里的山路花了接近三個小時,原本計畫跑至礁溪,但決定至淡大蘭陽校區結束!兩個多月周末沒練跑,一練跑就跑這麼硬,搞得雙腿超鐵,所幸先前傷處似乎恢復的還不錯,慶幸!
