桃園衡龍 一開始天氣陰陰的很好跑,但是上衣穿太多,在第一個補給站就停下來脫掉緊身衣,穿回警愛跑背心。可能是太放鬆了,在約7公里處的第一座陸橋下坡,不小心踢到貓眼石,來不及反應做前迴轉倒法保護自己,就當眾仆街啦。左手掌心破洞,左膝附近小擦傷,右手掌心雖然沒破皮,但也瘀血腫脹,不過衣服倒是都沒損傷。
或許是覺得丟臉,接下來的1公里竟然跑出五分半速度,一直到21公里處才有醫護站,塗點藥,但於事無補,仍隱隱作痛。
