為了提前適應10日的雲科大50K超馬,今天到體育場體驗400M繞圈圈的感覺,前10K5分半速有守住,20K也勉強均速5分半,20K後速度就慢了下來,前兩天腿部的乳酸還未退,今天的30K表現就差了些,要休息了.其實pu跑道感覺蠻好跑的只是很無聊就是了....
