LSD復健跑賽事~~
跑前還跌個狗吃屎,最近真是出賽不順~~
23K,人有三急,既然是LSD於是就跑去輕量化了XD
25~35k身子變輕後,不小心有小超速了一下
但一個多月沒跑真的肌力不如以往
過終點還巧遇葡萄馬一起上半馬凸台的跑友
